Organizations of all sizes face an increasingly disruptive marketplace as consumer habits continually change and more nimble competitors emerge. Companies must go to market as fast or faster than the competition with differentiated products serving multiple customer segments. To win in today’s marketplace, large companies must rethink how they are organized to deliver value.
One-day training classes will be held throughout the summer months at the Amelita Mirolo Barn in Upper Arlington, OH.
Casual dress – shorts, t-shirts, sandals – is both acceptable and encouraged. It is Summer after all!
WHAT IS AGILITY PREP?
Agility Prep is an affordable, one-day simulation teaching participants standard enterprise business agility techniques and practices through the use of a fictitious enterprise. The training takes into account the various business roles and groups found in the modern enterprise: Finance, Strategy, Business Planning, Product Management, and IT to name a few. The event’s goal is for participants to take the techniques and practices taught in the class and apply them to their roles and teams within their respective organizations.
Attendees are typically across varied enterprise business and IT roles. Participants usually are undergoing a digital transformation in their workplace and want to learn business agility practices, and gain experience in the new ways of working.
All of the practices taught in this class are freely available and can be searched for on the internet. The class incorporates all practices taught in the session into a common enterprise flow from definition of business outcomes (strategy) through product delivery.
